Plockhoy family
Plockhoy (Ploquoy, Pluckoy, Plokhoy, Pluquooij), a Mennonite family found in the Netherlands, probably emigrants from Flanders, Belgium. Pieter Cornelis Plockoy belonged to a branch of this family formerly living at Zierikzee. During the 17th and early 18th centuries a number of Plockhoys were living in Amsterdam as members of the Lamist Mennonite congregation.
