Kortrijk (d. 1553)
An unknown Anabaptist martyr from Kortrijk was executed 27 July 1553 on the Vrijdagsmarkt at Ghent, Belgium. He was burned at the stake and his corpse hanged outside the Mudepoorte. Van Braght erroneously identifies this unknown martyr with Joos Kindt, but this latter martyr was put to death at Kortrijk on 20 January 1553.
