Sent, Jan (17th century)

Jan Sent, a Dutch Mennonite, author or composer of the hymnal usually called Jan Cents Liedboeck. There have been at least two editions, 1628 and 1679. The official title reads Nieu Sangh Boec. It is doubtful that Jan Cents was a member of the Senten (Centen) family of Amsterdam.
