School and College Journal
School and College Journal was the first official publication of Bethel College, published by the board of directors January 1895-December 1902. It was succeeded by the separate language editions, Monatsblätter aus Bethel College and Bethel College Monthly. The School and College Journal was an 8-page, 8 ½ x 11 ½, monthly periodical, published in both German and English, and printed by A. Wiebusch and Son Printing Co., St. Louis, until August 1896, when this work was transferred to Newton. The contents consisted of editorials, news of Bethel College, financial reports, and general cultural and religious articles. David Goerz edited the journal.
