Maeyken Doornaerts (d. 1556)
Maeyken Doornaerts, an Anabaptist martyr, who with two other Anabaptist women was subjected to horrible torture and, still true to her faith, burned at the stake at Belle (Bailleul), Flanders, in 1556.
