Jan de Cudse (d. 1556)

Jan de Cudse (also de Kudse or van Cussegem), an Anabaptist martyr, was burned at the stake on 4 September 1556 at the market place of Antwerp, Belgium. His name is mentioned in a song, "Aenhoort Godt, hemelsche Vader," found in the Lietboecxken van den Offer des Heeren, No. 16.
