James Valley Hutterite Colony in Huron, South Dakota, USA, was founded in 1913 as a division from the Buffalo Hutterite Colony. The James Valley Hutterite Colony ceased to exist in 1918. This is the group that moved to Manitoba to form the James Valley Hutterite Colony (Elie, Manitoba, Canada).
