The Luz y Vida Iglesia Menonita (Light and Life Mennonite Church), in Orlando, Florida, USA is composed of Hispanic people from many places, especially Brazil. The church began in 2009 as a church plant in the College Hill area of Tampa, Florida. It was launched by the Tomás Ramírez family and was supported by the Southeast Mennonite Conference and the College Hill Mennonite Church. After a year the church moved to rented facilities in the Orlando area.

The congregation has tried to combine the message of the Good News with involvement in the social needs of the community. It has offered services to the community in the areas of food, mental health, optometry, and eyewear. The latter emerged from the pastor's professional skills as an optician.

The congregation has had a youth ministry emphasis, with an annual retreat at a camp to which other churches in the area are invited. The church also has had a men’s program called “Men of Courage.” Its mission offered help to the church community as handymen.

In 2020 Tomás Ramírez remained the pastor of the Luz y Vida Iglesia Menonita.

Initially, the congregation was part of the Southeast Mennonite Conference, but that regional conference withdrew from Mennonite Church USA to become a district of LMC (Lancaster Mennonite Conference). Luz y Vida Iglesia Menonita, along with seven other congregations, chose to affiliate with the Mosaic Mennonite Conference that remained part of Mennonite Church USA.
