Eldert Gerritsz (d. 1544)

Eldert (Aeldert) Gerritsz, born at Velthuysen, near Zwolle, Dutch province of Overijssel, a revolutionary Anabaptist, a follower of Jan van Batenburg, was charged with belonging to corrupt sects and having robbed many Catholic churches. He was beheaded at Utrecht (Netherlands) on 21 July 1544.

This is the same person as Aelbert Gerritsz (d. 1544)
