Deerboine Hutterite Colony in Alexander, Manitoba, was founded in 1959 as a division from the Riverdale Hutterite Colony (Gladstone, Manitoba, Canada).

A daughter colony of the Deerboine Hutterite Colony is the Oak River Hutterite Colony (Oak River, Manitoba, Canada).

In 2025 the Deerboine Hutterite Colony was a Schmiedeleut Group 2 colony.
