The Deer Creek Amish Mennonite Church in Sebree, Kentucky, USA was established in 1997. The congregation started as a daughter congregation of the Hickory Amish Mennonite Church in Mayfield, Kentucky.

In 2018 the church was a member of the Midwest Beachy Amish Mennonite Church and had a membership of 63. The bishop was Timothy Beachy, and the minister was Norman Borntrager.
