Danville New Order Amish Settlement (Danville, Ohio, USA)

The Danville New Order Amish settlement near Danville, Knox County, Ohio, USA was established in 1964. The settlement started when Tobias Y. Hostetler, an Amish minister who had been excommunicated in 1940 and formed his own group, moved to the Danville area from Wayne County, Ohio.

The group is sometimes referred to as Tobe Amish, after Tobias Hostetler.

In 2014 settlement members primarily worked in construction, fabricating and a pallet shop. Danville is considered a "non-electric" New Order Amish settlement.

In 2014 the settlement was part of the New Order Amish. The bishop was David N. Miller, and the minister was Joseph M. Schrock. There was one district with a total of 17 family units.
