Betken van der Male, an Anabaptist martyr, the widow of Jan van Audelghem. She belonged to the congregation at Kortrijk (Courtrai) in Flanders, having joined in 1566, and attended the meetings held near the city. She was held in prison for 137 days, and was then burned at the stake at Kortrijk on 4 June 1569
