The Bellefontaine Community Fellowship, Bellefontaine, Ohio, USA, began as a Sunday school class in the 1970s at the Oak Grove Mennonite Church in West Liberty for persons with intellectual challenges. Keith and Thelma Matthews gave leadership to this outreach that developed into a house church and eventually moved to a rented facility in August 1983. The West Liberty churches and the Ohio Mennonite Conference supported the effort as a church plant.

In its last years, the congregation met at the Logan County Friendly Seniors Center in Bellefontaine.

In 2001, Bellefontaine Community Fellowship merged with the Jubilee Mennonite Church; the merged congregation continued under the Jubilee Mennonite Church name.
