The Atlanta Mennonite Fellowship, Decatur, Georgia, USA, began in the fall of 1992 in the downtown area of Atlanta, meeting in the St. Paul United Methodist Church. In 1995 it became a member congregation of the Southeast Mennonite Convention of the Mennonite Church (MC).

It began when a small group left the Berea Mennonite Church to form a separate group.

In 1997 the Southeast Conference suspended the Atlanta Mennonite Fellowship for a year because the congregation had accepted into its membership a gay couple living in a covenanted relationship. The following year after negotiations, the congregation agreed to withdraw from the Southeast Conference as a voting member. After a three-year discernment process in 2002, the congregation cut ties with the conference. In 2004 it became a member of the Central District Conference.

For a time in the 2000s, the congregation met separately in the Berea Church's facilities. In 2011 the congregation began to rent space from the Atlanta Friends Meeting in Decatur, Georgia.

In 2021 the Fellowship reunited with the Berea Mennonite Church under the name of Atlanta Mennonite Church. The new group met at the former Berea location.
