Lao Mennonite Fellowship (Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, USA)
The Lao Mennonite Fellowship in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, is rooted in the 1970s-1990s, when the Slate Hill Mennonite Church sponsored multiple Laotian and Vietnamese refugee families. Lena Horning Brown was the primary leader of this congregational effort.
This ministry developed into the Laotian Mennonite Fellowship with members from Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Indonesia. In the early 2000s, the Fellowship became a separate congregation of the Lancaster Mennonite Conference.
By 2025, the group did not have formal leadership, but met weekly on Sunday mornings on the lower level of the Slate Hill Mennonite Church. The services were in both English and Lao.
