Jan Wiljoot, an Anabaptist martyr, according to van Braght burned at the stake in 1569 at Antwerp, Belgium, together with 10 other martyrs. Van Braght does not give any particulars about this martyr. P. Génard, who studied the records of Antwerp, did not find the name of Jan Wiljoot. Perhaps he is to be identified with Jan de Timmerman, burned at the stake at Antwerp on 2 April 1569.
