The Jesus Power and Love Ministries in Claymont, Delaware, was a church plant of the Lancaster Mennonite Conference in about 2004. Reginald C. Graham led the initial outreach. In about 2008, the name changed to Latter Rain House of Restoration under the leadership of Baron K. Smith.

The church closed between 2017 and 2021.
