Nueva Ascencion Colony (Santa Cruz Department, Bolivia)
Nueva Ascencion (also known as Nueva Ascención de Guarayos) was a Mennonite colony founded in 2004 in the Santa Cruz Department in Bolivia. In 2020 the population of the colony was estimated at approximately 501 to 1,000 individuals and the land area comprised of 10,900 hectares. The colonists came primarily from Valle Nuevo (Bolivia).
