Oriente was a Mennonite colony founded in 1993 in the Santa Cruz Department in Bolivia. In 2020 the population of the colony was estimated at approximately 1000-2,500 individuals and the land area comprised of 10,700 hectares. The colonists came primarily from Santa Rita (Bolivia).
