Spring Point Hutterite Colony in Brocket, Alberta, was founded in 1960 as a division from the Granum Hutterite Colony.

Daughter colonies of the Spring Point Hutterite Colony include: Ridge Valley Hutterite Colony (Crooked Creek, Alberta, Canada); and Livingstone Hutterite Colony (Lundbreck, Alberta, Canada).

In 2021 the Spring Point Hutterite Colony was a Dariusleut colony.
