The Indonesian Community Christian Church (ICCF) or Gereja Kristen Masyarakat Indonesia Immanuel (GKMI Imanuel) was founded on 13 November 1992 in San Bernardino, California, USA. It started as a small prayer meeting. ICCF quickly grew into a large congregation because there were not many Indonesian churches in the area. Most of the members come from Huria Kristen Batak Protestant (HKBP) church backgrounds, which is predominantly Indonesian-Batak ethnicity. After a church split, ICCF birthed five HKBP churches in the area.

The first pastor was Sam Setiawan, who provided leadership for almost nine years. Pastor Henry Rumemper led the church for two years. He was followed by Yohanes Ginting who remained for less than a year. For a time, ICCF did not have a lead pastor. In June 2007, Pastor Makmur Halim came to the United States from Indonesia and provided leadership as pastor of ICCF.

When Pastor Halim came to the church, he created the first ICCF bylaws and discipleship programs. Out of this discipleship program, ICCF has birthed leaders who have been sent outside the congregation to lead churches.

Initially, ICCF became part of the Pacific Southwest Mennonite Conference. When that conference was reorganized, the congregation joined the Franconia Mennonite Conference in fall 2017. It had strong ties to the Franconia Conference's Indonesian-speaking congregations in Philadelphia. The church is now located within a large Indonesian population in Colton, California.

In 2021 the congregation was part of the Mosaic Mennonite Conference.
