Barron Mennonite Church (Barron, Wisconsin, USA)
The Barron Mennonite Church north of Barron, Wisconsin, USA was established in 1973. The congregation started as a daughter congregation of the Gospel Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation in Almena. Fifty-five members, a minister, and a deacon joined the new group.
The Almena congregation erected a building for the Barron group in 1972/73; the first service was held on 25 March 1973.
The Barron Christian School began in 1975.
In 2020 the congregation was part of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The ministers were Jonathan Koehn, Vernon Schafer, and Harry Toews.
