Cameron Hutterite Colony in Turin, Alberta, was founded in 1969 (Hofer says 1971) as a division from the Ewelme Hutterite Colony.

A daughter colony of the Cameron Hutterite Colony is the Copperfield Hutterite Colony (Vauxhall, Alberta, Canada).

In 2017 the Cameron Hutterite Colony was a Dariusleut colony.
