Belle Plaine Hutterite Colony in Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan, was founded in 1980 (Hofer says 1990, and another source says 1988) as a division from the Holt Hutterite Colony (Irma, Alberta, Canada). In 2017 the Belle Plaine Hutterite Colony was a Dariusleut colony.
