The Silver Lake Mennonite Church in Perry, New York, USA was established in 1994. The congregation started as an outreach of the Pequea Amish Mennonite Church.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 58. The bishop was Ernest Stoltzfus.
