Daughter colonies of the Castor Hutterite Colony include: Suncrest Hutterite Colony (Coronation, Alberta, Canada); and Silver Spring Hutterite Colony (Halkirk, Alberta, Canada).
In 2017 the Castor Hutterite Colony was a Lehrerleut colony.
