O. K. Hutterite Colony near Raymond, Alberta, was founded in 1934 as a relocation of the Rockport Hutterite Colony (Alexandria, South Dakota, USA).
Daughter colonies of the O. K. Hutterite Colony include: Miller Hutterite Colony (Choteau, Montana, USA); Newell Hutterite Colony (Bassano, Alberta, Canada); Plainview Hutterite Colony (Foremost, Alberta, Canada); and Oaklane Hutterite Colony (Taber, Alberta, Canada).
In 2017 the O. K. Hutterite Colony was a Lehrerleut colony.
