The Iglesia Evangelica Menonita Monte Sinai in Cantón San Jeronimo, Guazapa, Aguilares, San Salvador, El Salvador was established in 1971. The congregation resulted from mission outreach by Beachy Amish Mennonites following development work by Amish Mennonite Aid that began in 1962.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 12. The bishop was Ernest Glick and the minister was Saul Pacheco.

The Beachy Amish conference in El Salvador is called Iglesia Evangélica Menonita, El Salvador.
