East Malta Hutterite Colony in Malta, Montana, was founded in 1981 (Hofer says 1984) as a division from the Turner Hutterite Colony. In 2012 the East Malta Hutterite Colony was a Dariusleut colony. The minister was William Hofer and the manager was George Hofer.
