Fairway Hutterite Colony in Douglas, Manitoba, was founded in 1995 as a division from the Sprucewood Hutterite Colony. In 2012 the Fairway Hutterite Colony was a Schmiedeleut Group 1 colony. The minister was Joe Hofer and the manager was Andy Wollman.
