Maple Grove Hutterite Colony was founded in 1981 as a division from the Ridgeland Hutterite Colony

Twilight Hutterite Colony in Neepawa, Manitoba, is a daughter colony.

In 2012 Maple Grove Hutterite Colony was a Schmiedeleut Group 1 colony. The minister was Zach Waldner Jr., and the manager was Joe Waldner.
