Seneca Mennonite Church is located in Romulus, New York, USA. The church was organized in 1998. In 2010 the congregation was a member of the Pilgrim Mennonite Conference.

In 2014 the church had 56 members and was a member of the Northeastern Mennonite Conference. The ministerial team included Bishop Carl Z. Sensenig, Minister David E. Huber, and Deacons Marlin L. Nolt and David B. Zimmerman.
