Riverdale Hutterite Colony in Gladstone, Manitoba, was founded in 1946 as a division from the James Valley Hutterite Colony.
Daughter colonies of the Riverdale Hutterite Colony include: Deerboine Hutterite Colony (Alexander, Manitoba, Canada); and Holmfield Hutterite Colony (Holmfield, Manitoba, Canada).
In 2017 the Riverdale Hutterite Colony was a Schmiedeleut Group 1 colony.
