Starland Hutterite Colony in Drumheller, Alberta, was founded in 1972 as a division from the Lakeside Hutterite Colony.

A daughter colony of the Starland Hutterite Colony is the Blue Sky Hutterite Colony (Drumheller, Alberta, Canada).

In 2017 the Starland Hutterite Colony was a Dariusleut colony.
