Wieringermeer (Noord-Holland, Netherlands)
Wieringermeer, a Dutch polder reclaimed in 1936 in the former Zuiderzee (now IJssel Lake). At first the pastor of Hippolytushoef was in charge of the Mennonites living on this polder, who organized into an independent congregation on 18 October 1942, served by the pastor of Twisk. In 1958 the baptized membership numbered 52.
