Holden Hutterite Colony in Holden, Alberta, was founded in 1970 (Hofer says 1971)[1] as a division from the Cayley Hutterite Colony.

Daughter colonies of the Holden Hutterite Colony are the Cleardale Hutterite Colony (Cleardale, Alberta, Canada) and Stony Creek Hutterite Colony (St. Paul, Alberta, Canada).

In 2021 the Holden Hutterite Colony was a Dariusleut colony.
