Estuary Hutterite Colony in Leader, Saskatchewan, was founded in 1958 as a division from the Riverside (Alberta) Hutterite Colony.

A daughter colony of the Estuary Hutterite Colony is the Star City Hutterite Colony (Star City, Saskatchewan, Canada).

In 2023 the Estuary Hutterite Colony was a Dariusleut colony.
