The Fredonia Mennonite Church in Fredonia, Kentucky, USA was established in 2009. The congregation started as the result of a division in the Belvidere Mennonite Church in Belvidere, Tennessee. The more conservative part of the congregation moved to Kentucky and started the Fredonia church.

In 2021 the church was a member of the Ambassadors Amish Mennonite Churches and had a membership of 51. The bishop was Titus G. Troyer, and the ministers were Ruben J. Miller and Leon Wagler.
