Jan van Geelen visited him in December 1534 or January 1535. On 18 January 1535, Vinck, who was an instrument of the revolutionary leaders at [[Münster Anabaptists|Münster]], was arrested, being charged with an attempt to create a revolt at Wesel. On 13 April 1535, he was beheaded.
