Schönau, a Mennonite village name transplanted from Prussia to the Molotschna settlement in the Ukraine and the Alexandertal settlement, Samara, Russia. This name was also found at Barnaul, and Minussinsk, Siberia; East Reserve and West Reserve, Manitoba; Cuauhtemoc, Mexico; and Menno and Fernheim (Chaco), Paraguay. (See Villages.)
