In 1960 Edwin and Violet Wright of Canora, Saskatchewan, were in charge of a Vacation Bible School in Endeavour. The positive attendance and interest indicated that a church should be started. A long-time resident of Endeavour, Tom Downey, an Irishman converted in the great revival in Ireland, had been praying for an evangelical church to start.

In 2012, the average Sunday School attendance was 40 and the worship service attendance was 70. The language of worship was English.
