<em>Zionsbote</em>, German organ of the [[General Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches|Conference of the Mennonite Brethren Church of North America]], was first published in the autumn of 1884, as a four-page quarterly at a subscription price of 25 cents per year. It soon (1886) became a semimonthly (enlarged to 8 pages in 1889) in 1904 a weekly of 16 pages, and in 1958 biweekly.
