Heppenheim im Loch was a village near [[Alzey (Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany)|Alzey]], Rhenish Hesse, [[Germany|Germany]], in which Swiss emigrants settled as early as 1664. Heppenheim im Loch was a village near Alzey, Rhenish Hesse, Germany, in which Swiss emigrants settled as early as 1664. The Mennonite lists of the Karlsruhe Generallandesarchiv name the Martin Weber family here in 1664, Matthias Dahlem in 1685, and four Weber families and Heinrich Landes in 1738.
