Youth's Christian Companion, founded in 1920, was until the end of 1956 an 8-page, 9 x 11.5 in. and thereafter a 16-page 5.25 x 8.5 in. weekly devoted to the interest of young people, ages 16-24, published and printed by the Mennonite Publishing House, Scottdale, PA. Until 31 December 1954, Clayton F. Yake was its continuous editor from the beginning of the paper. On 1 January 1955, Urie A. Bender became editor.
