Grietgen (Geertruydt), an Anabaptist martyr, wife of Anthonis van Houtere, of Weert, Dutch province of Limburg, was drowned in Antwerp, Belgium, on 31 December 1558, together with Lynken Jacops, Stijntgen van Aken, and Tanneken  van Cluyten. She is listed in the song "Aenhoort Godt, hemelsche Vader" in the Liedtboecxken van den Offer des Heeren (No. 16, and No. 39).
