Iglesia Menonita de Aibonito (Aibonito Mennonite Church), Aibonito, Puerto Rico, was founded in 1958. It had 12 members, with a supply ministry. By 1996 it had 66 members with Angel L. Miranda as the minister.

In 1988 it became part of the newly formed Convención de las Iglesias Evangélicas Menonitas de Puerto Rico, which developed when the organization of the Puerto Rican churches became independent of the Mennonite Church (MC).

In 2011 the Aibonito congregation, along with other congregations in the Convencíon, became associate members of the Atlantic Coast Conference of Mennonite Church USA.
