Bethel Mennonite Fellowship is located in Richmond, Missouri, USA. The church originated as a colonization church plant of the Spring River Mennonite Church. In spring 1996 nine families, including Minister Cletus Graber and Deacon Titus Graber, were chosen to move to Ray County, Missouri. This area was chosen because it was a farming area with a substantial population.

The group rented an older church building the first year, with a new building completed in early 1997.
