Rolef and Jan Morveldinck (Mordelvinck, Maerlincx), brothers who were put to death at Deventer, Dutch province of Overijssel, on 18 May 1542. With some relatives and adherents they lived at Emlichem and, calling themselves "de vrome Kinderen van Emlichem," they plundered the farms. They were Anabaptists only in name, followers of Jan van Batenburg; in the sentence they are called "adherents of the Crediting group and Davidjorists."
