Glidden Hutterite Colony near Glidden, Saskatchewan, was founded in 1963 as a division from the Miami Hutterite Colony (Alberta).
Daughter colonies of the Glidden Hutterite Colony include: Dinsmore Hutterite Colony (Dinsmore, Saskatchewan, Canada); and McGee Hutterite Colony (McGee, Saskatchewan, Canada).
In 2024 the Glidden Hutterite Colony was a Lehrerleut colony.
